Kayserbetten customised children's care beds

Kayserbetten has been producing beds for children and young people with disabilities for over 40 years. A motivated team in the workshop and administration works on a completely modernised yet idyllic farmstead in the Lüneburg Heath to square the circle. A care bed is a medical product and at the same time an individual place to sleep, a place of retreat and a place to play and romp around. 
 

Craft unit worked with Kayserbetten to develop a concept that goes beyond the often joyless aesthetics of medical products. Communication is directed at parents and specialist retailers, both of whom are partners of Kayserbetten in the individual production of care beds.  

The service team is optimally supported by the advice sections on the website. A variety of animations illustrate how the special bed solutions work.
A comprehensive product configurator (customised Craft application development) guides parents and specialist retailers through the often extensive selection process of the various model variants and their performance features, as well as individual and useful accessories. 
 

The systems are connected directly to the merchandise management system via Craft's own interfaces, ensuring a smooth data processing process.
